I have used several agents through my life of buying and selling several primary dwellings…James stands out by far. He showed up to our first meeting more than prepared and ready to talk truths and facts about the home I was trying to sell in comparison to other homes listed and recently sold (pretty standard stuff). What made James stand out is the honesty and hard work he was willing to put into the sale of my home. I know everyone’s situation is different, but he helped me sell my home in less than a week with multiple offers better than asking price even when other neighbor’s homes stood on the market for much longer and I contribute that to the work James put in. He was also very helpful with navigating the time leading up to the closing between me and the buyer (and their agent) after the offer was accepted taking a lot of stress out of the process for me and realistically setting applicable expectations with the buyer. It has been nearly a year now and I still look back at my experience working with James as a positive one with a good outcome and if/when the need arises again, he will be the first person I contact.
